We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but should you have any reason to cancel of return an order we will gladly accept the goods back. Please read our returns policy below for further details.

Returns Policy

UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000 you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from DCI for a full refund. Please note that this does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, these products are clearly marked with an NR next to the item name.

Cancelations

Please make all cancellations by email to customer services at info@dci-exclusive.com quoting your order number as soon as possible, or if the order has already been dispatched, within 7 days of receiving the goods. There is no re-stocking fee if you cancel an order.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to DCI in its original condition and packaging, and with all original labels and /or tags still attached within 14 days of receipt. Costs for returning the item are the customers responsibility.

We will issue a full refund once we have received the item back, or if preferred, exchange the item for a different size or colour etc.

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene purposes are marked with an NR next to the item name.

Additional notes:

Upon receiving your order please ensure that you have the design, size and colour of your choice. If the item needs to be returned for any reason please repack the item in the original packaging leaving all labels and tags attached and return to DCI within 14 days. Items must be returned in original condition. We cannot accept returns where the labels or tags have been removed. Your statutory rights are not effected.

Every item offered for sale is described as accurately as possible and represents excellent value for money. The price displayed is the price you pay.
